On March 21, a man walked up to an 81-year-old man and his 79-year-old wife and asked them if they were Russian. The man was described as white, 25 to 30, about 5 feet 9 inches tall with a medium build.
On July 17, a similar incident occurred. A man walked up to an 84-year-old man and asked him if he was Russian. When the man said yes, the suspect struck him on the head and face causing pain and injury. The suspect was described as white, 25 to 30, about 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build and having reddish or blond curly hair.
