Shorewood boys upset first-place IKE

Shorewood played perhaps its best game of the season and upset first-place New Berlin Eisenhower, 47-44, Tuesday night at Shorewood.

The game was close the entire way, as the Greyhounds led, 11-9 after one period, 25-21 at half and 33-29 going into the final quarter.

Anthony Oliphant scored 21 points and Chase Miller had 11, while Patrick Drew had 17 and Kevin Marr 11.

The Lions fell to 11-2, while the Greyhounds improved to 5-9 in Woodland Conference North Division play.
Shorewood has won two straight for the first time this season.
