March 21, 2013

Allrite Home & Remodeling, Inc., a Milwaukee company specializing in siding, roofing, window, and gutter replacement, announced the acquisition of S & E Insulation in Shorewood.

S&E Insulation, family owned and operated since 1991, provides a variety of services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients and uses blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and foam for insulation.

“For more than 40 years, our company mission has been to become the leading home remodeling business in southeastern Wisconsin,” said Randy Miller, owner of Allrite Home & Remodeling. “The addition of insulation to our product line is the latest affirmation of commitment to expand and improve services to our customers, bringing us one step closer to accomplishing our goal.”

“We are very excited that this transaction brings together two high quality companies that are committed to providing outstanding products and service,” Miller said. “The combined business will allow us to deliver a wider range of services to our customers.”
