Youth Basketball Participants Compete in Free Throw Challenge
On Saturday, March 6 four Shorewood Recreation Department basketball participants competed in the local free throw competition in West Allis. These four participants won the preliminary competition held for all Shorewood Recreation Department participants during their basketball season. Danny Gridley finished 8th of 15 participants in the 3rd grade division making 13 free throws. Andres Torres finished 5th of 15 participants in the 4th grade division making 23 free throws. Matthew Ruegsegger finished 3rd of 14 participants in the 5th grade division making 28 free throws. Keegan Jacquart finished 11th of 15 participants in the 6th grade division making 16 free throws.
